Before becoming a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) through InterNACHI®, owner Martha Poupaki built a career in the Netherlands in residential construction, woodworking, CNC manufacturing, architectural millwork, and interior design. This background provides a practical understanding of how buildings are constructed, what quality workmanship looks like, and where defects or maintenance concerns are most likely to appear.

Professional experience includes:

  • More than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and building trades.
  • Practical knowledge of framing methods, finish carpentry, construction materials, and residential building practices.
  • Precision CNC manufacturing of custom architectural components, including window frames, door frames, dormers, cabinetry, and specialty millwork.
  • Interior construction, remodeling, and high-end residential finishing with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and detail.
  • Employment with respected Dutch manufacturers and construction companies, including Pastoe, Gaasbeek & Van Tiel, Kozijnentechniek Vianen, and Schilte, where precision, quality control, and craftsmanship were central to every project.
  • Ongoing professional education through InterNACHI® to stay current with residential inspection standards, building systems, and industry best practices.
